Product updates in April

Platform updates
Connect any e-commerce stack to Ingrid Returns
The Returns E-commerce API is now in public beta, see the documentation. Any e-commerce platform can connect to Ingrid Returns through a standardized API, with no custom Ingrid-side work needed. This removes the per-retailer bottleneck that previously held up Returns rollouts: e-commerce platforms, system integrators, and retailers using their own stack can now build the integration on their own timeline.
The beta has caveats worth flagging. The API key, base URL, and some field names may change before the stable release, so plan for a migration. Otherwise, the docs are ready, and you can start building.

Integrations
DHL Connect Light replaces Deutsche Post DPI and GMB
DHL Connect Light is now live across checkout, booking, and tracking, with support for both home delivery and mailbox delivery on a global footprint. It will replace the existing Deutsche Post DPI and GMB integrations in the upcoming Q3 release.
Asendia USA expands into domestic US
We've extended the Asendia A1 USA integration beyond international routes to cover domestic US shipments. Two new domestic US products are live across Checkout, Booking, and Tracking, giving full Asendia coverage for any retailer with US operations. The full North American footprint is now live through one carrier integration, with a single delivery setup covering both domestic and international flows.
Royal Mail UK adds pickup locations
Royal Mail UK now supports multiple PUDO and Local Collect services across Booking and Tracking, on top of the home delivery integrations already live. Checkout was already enabled, so the integration is now end-to-end. UK retailers can offer the full pickup option mix alongside home delivery through one carrier, with no separate carrier relationship needed.
Sunyou opens cross-border tracking from China
Tracking is now live for Sunyou, a China-based cross-border logistics provider that handles parcels from China to international destinations. For retailers sourcing from or fulfilling out of China, Sunyou closes a tracking gap on the cross-border leg. Niche but useful where it fits.
