Delivery intelligence, directly in Kustom Checkout
Ingrid is now embedded natively inside Kustom Checkout, uniting checkout and delivery in a shared data foundation. Retailers on Kustom can offer dynamic, AI-powered delivery options at the moment of purchase: responsive fulfillment times and carrier-priced shipping calculated in real time, served inline with payment.
The partnership brings together two of the most decisive factors in online conversion. Combining Kustom's checkout with Ingrid's delivery intelligence reduces friction, boosts conversion, and creates a shared data layer for personalization across checkout and delivery. Post-purchase, branded tracking, proactive fulfillment notifications, and returns management activate from the same integration.

Returns joins Ingrid Analytics
Returns is now a full member of Ingrid Analytics, alongside checkout, and post-purchase. Return rates and complaint rates now sit in the same data layer as the rest of the platform, with clear definitions and dates that match how everything else is calculated.
The Pro tier adds operational depth: return reasons and complaint reasons, lifecycle tracking through outcomes including refunds, and a shipping overview that surfaces bottlenecks. The data is built to support decisions on how to budget, plan, and act on the returns flow itself, not just understand why returns happen.

Ingrid certified as FedEx Compatible Service Provider in the EU
Ingrid's FedEx integration is now officially certified by FedEx as a Compatible Service Provider for EU operations. For retailers shipping with FedEx through Ingrid, this confirms the integration meets FedEx's technical and operational standards, with no additional carrier-side checks needed to operate at scale.
Skip the FedEx migration project
FedEx is deprecating its legacy SOAP Web Services. Retailers on FedEx through Ingrid don't need to run their own migration project. The new REST API is now supported by the platform, with migration guidance and a phased, priority-based strategy that keeps FedEx services running through the transition.
DHL eCommerce Poland goes live for domestic delivery
Retailers can now reach Polish shoppers through DHL eCommerce Poland, the country's leading domestic parcel carrier and part of the global DHL Group. The integration covers home delivery and pickup options across Checkout and Tracking, with no separate carrier setup needed.
USPS now supported for US returns flows
Retailers can now offer dedicated returns flows in the US through USPS, covering Priority, Express, and Ground services. Shoppers can drop off returns using a QR code, no label printing required. A smoother returns experience for the US market, in one integration.
PostNord Sweden and Norway service updates
Retailers shipping with PostNord in Sweden and Norway should review their setup. PostNord has rolled out a consolidated change package covering service renames, decommissions, and new mandatory data requirements. Aligning to the updated services and data fields keeps shipments flowing without disruption.
